Terms & Conditions

ID and Responsible Drinking

  • We adhere to a strict challenge 25 ID policy. Please bring proof of age where deemed necessary or admittance to events may be denied and refunds will unfortunately not be available in this instance
  • We reserve the right to ask any person to leave should their behaviour be deemed unreasonable
  • Under the licensing act of 2003 we are committed to ensure we do not serve alcohol to any person that appears to be intoxicated

Payments

  • All events must be paid for in advance and bookings will not be secured until payments have been received

Monthly Events

  • Tickets for Monthly Events are non-refundable due to the limited number of places available on such events. If you are unable to attend please let us know as soon as possible and if we are able to re-sell your ticket your reservation will be transferred to another event of your choice of the same value

Private and Corporate Events

  • All of the above must be paid for in full 28 days before the date of the event
  • Refunds are available up to 14 days before the date of the event minus a 10% administration fee Event Cancellation • Events will only be cancelled by The Bubbly Wine Company due to extreme and unforeseeable circumstances. In such instances alternative dates will be offered to all guests and if such dates are not suitable a full refund will be provided
